CIDCO sources also reveal that
some of the providers have hiked the prices of the flats in the range of Rs.200
to Rs.300 per square feet as soon as the news about the clearance and approvals
became public. Since flats here are most sought after property for the convenience and affordability
they offer, it would be good for buyers to purchase one before the price shoots
up, creating a dent in their pockets.
