New Panvel, Panvel and Karanjade are a few places wherein a 2
BHK apartment can be bought for less than Rs. 25 lakh. If the home buyer’s budget
is between Rs. 25 and Rs. 35 lakh bracket, then the apt localities are Ulwe,
Khargar, Dhronagiri and Kamothe.
Buyers who prefer homes between Rs. 35 to Rs. 50 lakh
segment, then, Ghansoli, Roadpali, Khandeshwar, Belapur, Kalamboli, Koperkhairane,
Mahape, Uran, Juinagra, Nerul and Vashi are a good choice. Locations like, Palm
Beach Road, Seawoods and Sanpada are very pricey in Navi Mumbai and a 2 BHK
apartments in these areas start from Rs. 60 lakh goes up to Rs. 1 crore or
more.
